New technology for a new shearing philosophy!
Standard Gasparini shears are supplied with a control panel including the Delem DAC310 electronic positioner, adjustable cutting length and rake angle. The blade gap is adjustable manually (motorized version available on request) for all machines with a shearing capacity up to 8mm; the motorized version becomes standard on bigger capacity shears (10 mm. and above).
In our shears we have replaced the blade carrier arm with a robust blade carrier beam, which lies perfectly in axis with the cylinders. This solution ensures an excellent quality and precise cut guaranteeing a longer life for the cylinders.
The back gauge is mounted directly on the machine
structure thus eliminating stress and vibrations during shearing operations.
Gasparini shears are manufactured according to C.E.
standars.
